Return and Refund Policy – Son of a Beach B.V.
At Son of a Beach B.V., we strive to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we offer a generous return policy. Please read below for the details of our return and refund policy.
1. Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after the date of receipt, without providing any reason. This right of withdrawal applies to all products purchased from us, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.
2. Cancellation Procedure
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal:

Report the return to us within 30 days of receiving the product. This can be done through our returns portal. Click HERE.

After cancelling, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.
3. Returning Products
After cancellation, we expect you to return the products to us. Please keep the following in mind:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and, if reasonably possible, returned in the original packaging.

The return shipping costs are at your own expense. The return shipping costs can be found here.

Ensure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
4. Refunds
Once we have received the returned products in good condition, we will:

Refund the full order amount, including any standard shipping costs you may have paid, within 14 days of receiving the product.

Use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may delay the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever comes first.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

Custom-made products or items made based on specific choices or personal customizations.

Items that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health reasons and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
